Governance
Two-thirds of LLP Rano Oil employees are field employees—well beyond industry averages. Every employee has a direct stake in the company’s performance and goals. Our model aims to have all over 3,000+ LLP Rano Oil employees focused on acting like an owner which fosters strong corporate governance every day. Our open book management model provides unparalleled consistency, clarity, and transparency. Everyone in the company receives the same information on our financial results, production metrics, safety, and environmental performance. Each employee knows the goals, is aligned on how we intend to meet them, and is given the information and autonomy necessary to meet those goals. Because employees are expected and empowered to make sound decisions in alignment with the objectives of the company, openness and transparency are critical.
Asset Team Model
There will never be more than five levels between a front-line employee and the CEO. Our flat organization removes barriers in the decision-making process and grants greater autonomy to those who know the assets best. Innovation and Urgency—two of LLP Rano Oil Core Values—come from the intimate understanding of the assets. Our asset teams are multidisciplinary teams who have the necessary autonomy and accountability for creating value from our assets. The asset teams drive goal-setting for production, cost management, capital investment, environmental protection, safety, and local community engagement. Team transparency is achieved by monthly reporting to management and the entire workforce, ensuring adherence to our principles and a focus on objectives. Every person is aligned and expected to “Be an Owner” since they have the necessary information, skills, and authority to take action.
Accountability and Incentives
Alignment is a crucial component of LLP Rano Oil. The open book management and asset team models foster a bottom-up approach to goal-setting, resulting in long-term wealth development. This alignment provides clarity, focus, and motivation for all employees to behave as owners and collaborate toward our common goals, which include meeting our agreed-upon environmental and safety standards, including emission reduction targets.
Our dedication to transparency guarantees that all employees understand the company’s beliefs and goals. They hold themselves and others accountable, and everyone receives equitable rewards when goals are met. From CEO to pumper, our performance-based remuneration is based on the same company KPIs. Everyone gets the same bonus percentage. This connection is important to our overall performance.
LLP Rano Oil’s Buy-In program gives each employee a part in the company. Our employees behave like owners because they genuinely are. Employees and the organization create long-term value, which fosters involvement and immersion in the communities in which we operate.
Sustainability Oversight
The LLP Rano Oil Sustainability Oversight Committee consists of the CEO, a cross-functional management team, and workers with varied perspectives. The Sustainability Oversight Committee, operations, and all workers are in constant communication and action. Our innovative asset-based structure enables teams to develop goals and priorities that are appropriate for the assets under their management. Ownership and alignment with sustainability objectives are pushed down to the field level, allowing us to meet sustainability goals such as verifiable carbon reductions.
Our business approach involves acquiring mature late-life properties and then optimizing them. Assets differ depending on the kind of production (natural gas or oil), whether conventional or non-conventional, the age of the infrastructure, and operational circumstances. Every asset necessitates a distinct approach with committed personnel who can identify the best ways to improve output while minimizing environmental effect.
The Sustainability Oversight Committee and asset teams use LLP Rano Oil’s commitment to open book management to establish and track relevant targets. Emissions and financial data are divided up and delivered to each asset team. Every member of the asset team has access to the data and is required to comprehend it well. By sharing data with all members of the organization, each employee is empowered to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
