The Company offers a wide range of low Sulphur marine fuel which fully complies with the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL) – marine fuel with sulfur up to 0.5% for the global navigation market and 0.1% – for the Emissions Control Areas (ECА).

Global maritime is LLP Rano Oil’s full-service, worldwide and local maritime shipping division. We handle chartering, commercial marine operations, freight trading, demurrage, marine technical operations, and maritime assurance from our offices in Kazakhstan and Russia. This strategy improves our level of service, allowing us to consistently supply efficient solutions to customers that purchase or sell LLP Rano Oil products and feedstocks via the company’s marine terminals and owned and hired boats.

  • Marine Assurance Port Captains conduct risk analysis and mitigation for all marine activity involving the LLP Rano Oil enterprise: vessels, ports, terminals and marine services.
  • Port Captains are located at LLP Rano Oil marine terminals in Russian Federation
  • Maintains a 24-hour incident hotline.
  • Members of the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF) include personnel on the Executive Committee, Principal Committees, and Expert Groups.
  • Serves as an OCIMF Ship Inspection Report Program (SIRE) submitter for the vessel inspection program.

Operations and Commercial

Global Marine provides commercial marine operations for company-chartered and owned boats, as well as the technical operations of LLP Rano Oil’s maritime-owned vessels. With up to 50 chartered ships on the water on any given day, we work with business partners to maximize value through safe, efficient, and reliable trip operations.

  • Mitigates risk by providing an operational presence through the Boots On Deck inspection program.
  • Fosters stakeholder engagement by actively participating in federal, state and local forums and supporting nonprofit organizations that promote the interests of maritime communities.
  • Oversees a dynamic portfolio of domestic and foreign tonnage.
