One of LLP Rano Oil’s strategic goals is to increase its own product direct sales to end consumers. The Company grows its sales network, focusing on strategically significant regions, continually increases the number of retail stores, and maintains the technical readiness of its own oil depots. As of December 31, 2023, LLP Rano Oil wholesales from oil depots and a large network of oil product supply firms in Kazakhstan, with three offices and ten own oil depots, as well as other Company’s points of oil product supply located in five regions.
Motor fuel sales from oil depots
The Company provides only Euro-5 high-quality motor fuel from its oil depots, which meets customs union technical requirements. Fuel quality assurance is the Company’s top priority. Details about motor fuel quality can be found on the website’s respective page. LLP Rano Oil has extensive experience working with significant contractors to collect motor gasoline in various Kazakhstan areas, as well as contractors doing procurement activities under Federal Laws №44 and №223.
The organization is continually developing motor gasoline sales channels and provides current, transparent sales tools. Currently, it is working to enhance motor gasoline sales by allowing open trade on the Kazakhstan International Mercantile Exchange website. The corresponding website area contains detailed information regarding the sales procedure.
The company has zero tolerance for corruption among its staff and consumers. As a result, LLP Rano Oil only engages with businesses permitted to conduct commercial activities in Kazakhstan and requests that customers supply an additional list of documentation. The Company requests that you support its anti-corruption efforts and treat any additional contract signing procedures with understanding.
Gas Sales
The company provides natural, dry stripped gas, and APG to Kazakhstan’s consumers. Natural and lean dry gas is primarily supplied to consumers via Russia’s gas transportation infrastructure, in accordance with the Gas Transportation Agreement. Gas is distributed to both ultimate consumers and regional marketing corporations in nearly 40 regions. To improve gas monetization efficiency, the Company created a system for optimizing commodity-transport flows, which is utilized to calculate the operational gas balance.
LLP Rano Oil’s major region of activity in terms of gas sales is Kazakhstan, where the company supplies products to both industrial and social users, accounting for around 90% of the region’s gas demand. LLP Rano Oil’s long-term development goal is to achieve the leadership position among independent gas suppliers in the local market of Kazakhstan. To this purpose, the Company has greatly expanded in recent years and continues to expand the geography of supply, which now includes locations in Kazakhstan.
At the same time, the Company is continuing to optimize its gas supply contract portfolio in order to improve gas sales efficiency and decrease the risks associated with new production projects. LLP Rano Oil actively pursues chances for exchange gas trading on the Kazakhstan International Commodity Exchange. In addition, the Company is evaluating the idea of establishing a compressed natural gas sales network for motor fuel.
